Tony Pascariello, General manager of ITW Anchor
Stampings in Waterbury describes to Rep. Noujaim the advanced
techniques used in his manufacturing process. Rep. Noujaim visited
ITW to obtain a first hand look at the srtuggles of manufacturers in

being asked to be Commencement Speaker for the 2004 graduation
ceremonies at Teikyo Post University. Rep. Noujaim is a 1973
